Terms of use

Last updated 3 August 2026

Short, because there is not much to agree to. Using Saintly Daily means accepting what is on this page.

What the app is

Saintly Daily is a devotional app: a saint each day, a short prayer, and a moment of silence. Prayer texts follow the forms in common Catholic use, and where a Vietnamese text is given it follows the wording Vietnamese Catholics already pray. The app is made by one person and is not published by, endorsed by, or an official work of any diocese, religious order, or bishops' conference.

Praying costs nothing

The day's prayer is free and is intended to stay free. Once a week, on the first time you open the app on a Sunday, you will be shown an invitation to support the work. You may dismiss it. Nothing is taken away if you never subscribe.

What you post, and the rule about it

The communion globe lets you publish a short intention. Everything you post there is public: readable on this website, and openable as a page by anyone with the link. Post nothing you would not want a stranger to read.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Intentions are reviewed before they appear, anyone can report one, and anything that breaks this rule is removed and the device that posted it is barred from posting again.

Do not post:

An intention is short on purpose. Bring your own burden, and be careful about bringing someone else's — write "for my mother" rather than her name and her illness.

What you post stays yours. By posting it you allow us to publish it in the app, on this website, and on a shareable page. Ask us and we will delete it.

Reporting, and what happens

Tap an intention and use Report, or write to hello@clusti.app. Reports are read by a person and acted on within 24 hours. You will not be told the outcome — knowing who reported what, and what came of it, would make the globe a place to argue in.

Things we cannot promise

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We can bar a device from posting to the globe if it breaks the rule above. That never blocks anyone from praying.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
